We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Officer to lead our digital advertising efforts. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing a high-impact performance marketing strategy across multiple channels.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Performance Marketing Officer will take full ownership of our digital advertising strategy. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across META Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.
This role requires a generalist mindset, as you will oversee both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Experience in building and optimising landing pages through platforms like ClickFunnels or HubSpot is essential. Some experience in ad creative production (both video and static) or collaborating effectively with creative teams is also preferred.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
* Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across META Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
* Monitor and allocate budgets of £10,000+ per month to maximise ROI.
* Build and test landing pages using ClickFunnels, HubSpot, or similar platforms to optimise conversion rates.
* Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and refine ad creatives (video and static).
* Conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
* Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging ad platform features.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing digital ad campaigns.
* Experience managing budgets of £10,000+ per month.
* Expert-level knowledge of META Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience building and optimising landing pages using ClickFunnels, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience in ad creative production (video and static) or proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Managerial experience is a plus but not essential.
BENEFITS
* Competitive salary based on experience.
* 20 days of annual leave (increasing with years of services) plus Bank Holidays.
* Continuous learning and development opportunities.
* Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing team.
