Job Title: MEP BIM Coordinator
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
About the Role:
A leading global engineering consultancy is seeking a talented MEP BIM Coordinator to join their dynamic digital delivery team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating MEP design information across a range of high-profile projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between disciplines and supporting efficient digital workflows.
You'll be working on some truly iconic projects, including large-scale commercial and residential buildings, healthcare and education facilities, transport infrastructure, and high-profile stadiums. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to complex, multidisciplinary schemes with a team of leading engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating MEP BIM models and ensuring alignment with architectural and structural designs.
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards and protocols.
Collaborating with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Managing clash detection, model coordination, and digital workflows throughout the design and construction phases.
Producing drawings, schedules, and reports as required.
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience in MEP coordination within BIM environments.
Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination tools.
Knowledge of UK BIM standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Candidates must be fully eligible to work in the UK.
