Salary: £45,000 - £48,000

Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office 2 days from home
37.5 hrs a week (flexible working between 10am - 4pm)
Deliver the overall management reporting for the commercial companies. Produce a variety of reports and information on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, analyse and provide explanation of variances.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* To control and guarantee the timely update of the master data (Item, Customer…) and their integrity as well as cost and prices.
* To Produce Weekly and Monthly Sales Statistics and Sales Flash.
* To Prepare Timely and accurate Management Reports using the BI tools (currently TM1, Power BI, Tableau) as well as extensively Excel.
This includes but not exclusively:
* Monthly Closing
* Variance analysis
* Dashboard
* Monthly Forecast and variances analysis vs BDG.
* Support with the BDG process.
* Turnover and COGS reconciliation between management and financial systems
* To work with the finance team to make sure we have accurate fixed cost in the TB using accrual and prepayment.
* To achieve a broad understanding of the local ERP’s (Navision, MS Dynamics and Rubicon) to guide IT teams to improve the database and master data, ensure correct costs and extract the relevant information.
* Analyse variable and fix cost to suggest area of improvement and saving opportunities.
* To Work in partnership with the other teams to ensure the overall delivery of Finance objectives.
* To perform customer/brand/product profitability analysis as well as logistic cost analysis.
* Ad-Hoc analysis / Scenario Modelling
Essential Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
• Experience in Financial Analysis (3 years minimum)
• Working towards becoming Qualified Accountant is preferable (ACCA/CIMA)
• Ability to analyse and evaluate data against key indicators and to proactively communicate findings.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency using Word and PowerPoint
• A passion for detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Desirable Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
• Degree or equivalent
• Experience in ERP implementation
• FMCG experience
