Job Description: Nights CCTV Control Room Operator

What you'd be doing in this role
* Customer Service- Interacting with customers, service providers and third parties.
* Responding to Alerts- from our clients' security systems, panic alarms, intruder alarms, access control alerts
* Technical Support- first level technical support for CCTV systems, Alarm Systems, Access Control systems
* Conduct System Maintenance - tests with our clients
* Administration – Carryout clear and concise written communication via email.
* Call Handling -Management and correct handling of inbound and outbound calls, including calls to the emergency services and clients
* Case Management System: raising and working client cases
* Monitoring - our client security systems and carrying out surveillance patrols
* Remote Access Control - support of network security systems
* Responding to incidents - securing footage, writing incident reports
* Footage Request Handling- providing documentation for our customers
* Training - you'll undertake in-house and external training SIA CCTV Licence, applying standards in accordance with the NSI Gold Standards
* Any Other Duties - required to carry out the role of control room operator
