This is a fixed-term position until June 2027, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We are seeking experienced Hardware Support Engineers to support a project related to Health and Social Care Partnerships Primary Care Improvement Plans and the ongoing transformation in General Practice.
The role supports the GP Re-provisioning Programme, which involves migrating over 200 GP clinical systems to new cloud-hosted software. The successful candidates will work with the Programme Team, GP practices, and other technical staff within the Health Board.
Applicants should have experience in general IT, desktop support, and Microsoft Office. Good troubleshooting skills for desktops and networks are essential. Knowledge of Windows Server 2019, Windows 10 & 11, Remote Desktop Services, and printing would be advantageous.
