Based in Wrexham, you will prepare and analyse my clients financial records and reports.
You will also be responsible for tasks such as creating financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable
This role provides the financial data needed for management to make informed decisions, manage cash flow, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
Key responsibilities
* Financial reporting:
Prepare and present financial statements like balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will also prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
* Compliance and regulation:
Ensure all financial records comply with legal and ethical standards, prepare tax returns, and assist with external audits.
* Financial analysis:
Monitor spending and cash flows, analyse market trends, and identify potential risks and cost-reduction opportunities.
* Record-keeping:
Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare and post accounting entries like accruals and prepayments.
* Process improvement:
Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes, and work to continuously improve accounting practices
This role is a temp to perm assignment
My client is looking for a candidate with a 'can do' approach and hands on
They are growing within their manufacturing field so there will be movement for you to grow with the company
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays are 9am-3pm
