What youll be doing:
Client Internal Communications
* Write clear, timely content for client internal communications campaigns within L&D and people projects.
* Ghostwrite messaging for senior stakeholders, ensuring tone aligns with client brand and culture.
* Learn and use client project terminology appropriately to build trust and clarity.
* Work closely with project teams to align messaging with project milestones and learner needs.
* Contribute to improving client employee engagement through well-crafted communications.
Marketing & Content Creation
1. Support the annual marketing strategy and campaigns for the consultancy where needed.
2. Plan, write, and schedule content for blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
