What Youll Be Doing: Working with the Global HR Department to implement HR policy aligned to the business plan and strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system including the annual People Review Assess training needs, implement and monitor training programmes and ensure adherence to the training Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive competency matrix aligned with organisational goals, job roles, and career pathways. Manage employee relation cases with line managers to ensure process is followed, risk is managed and cases are managed appropriately. Report to management and provide key HR metrics Provide expertise, guidance in relation to employee relations and the application of company policy and national and site agreements. Provide guidance in relation to Immigration Law including carrying out the day-to-day Sponsorship Management System (SMS) activities (assigning certificates of sponsorship, reporting migrant worker activities etc) Build strong relationships with personnel across the business including managers and colleagues Liaise closely with the HSE Manager in relation to Occupational Health and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
