Internal Sales Manager - Fleet Opportunity
This 12-month contract role will see you working closely with brokers and other introductory sources to maximise the business opportunity.
* Pro-actively call a defined list of brokers/introducers to generate sufficient deals to achieve or exceed targeted business from each one.
* Establish robust contact strategies for each broker/introducer to deepen relationships and execute against them.
* Chase pipeline of deals with relevant broker/introducer contacts to maximise conversion rates.
* Work closely with internal functions to structure challenging deals and enable credit approval.
* Sell value proposition over phone to broker/introducer contacts.
* Ensure deals are managed in line with internal Credit Policy.
* Meet brokers/introducers face to face where appropriate.
* Act as main point of contact for these broker/introducers to assist in structuring deals.
* Develop strong working relationships with colleagues within wider business to maximise business opportunity.
* Work closely with and support external sales colleagues.
* Achieve new business targets.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
* Detailed knowledge of hard asset finance market is a bonus.
* Detailed knowledge of asset finance products to structure transactions is essential.
* Detailed knowledge of key credit requirements to achieve credit approval is desirable.
* Good knowledge and understanding of pricing is desirable.
* Good knowledge of broker market is desirable.
Benefits include competitive base salary, plus bonus and commission. Work will be split between office and client site, with three days on site per week.
