My client is a high growth legionellacompliance business. With a turnover of 50 million today theyaspire to achieve 75 million in revenue within the next two yearsby acquisition and organic growth. They are truly in an excitingphase and will undoubtedly become the biggest water hygienebusiness in the UK & Ireland within thattimeframe.
Tasks
Reportinginto the UK Operational Managing Director the Regional Directorwill have total autonomy and P&L responsibility for a 40strong team delivering legionella testing and compliance servicesto local government social housing and local authorities acrossScotland and to grow the UK wide NHS Trusts and Healthcare accountsto increase operating profit revenue and market share in bothbusinessareas.
Requirements
As theRegional Director you will be living in a commutable distance toGlasgow and work from the office Monday to Friday to conduct weeklytea performance review meetings with the regions management teamwhereby financial data sales activity and operations performance isanalysed and opportunities for improvement/growth identified. Youwill also work with the Healthcare Account Manager to providetechnical support and general commercial guidance to the AccountManager to prepare winning quotations for works of high complexity.The incoming Regional Director will be highly commercially astutehaving held P&L responsibility for c810 million servicebusiness and will be able to present moth end financial data andregional performance in comparison to financial targets for revenueand EBITDA to the Boad & investors on a monthly/quarterlybasis.

The idealcandidate will have previously been or is currently a RegionalDirector Divisional Director General Manager or Business UnitManager or equivalent for a competitive Legionella Testing/WaterHygiene Service provider facilities management company OR has beena Compliance Director in Healthcare Water Hygiene. You must haveheld full P&L responsibility and leadership of a businessfor a minimum of 5 years with a demonstrable record of revenue andoperating profit growth over a sustained period of time. My clientis looking for an expert on Healthcare Water HygieneTesting/Services someone who has run a high growth Healthcarebusiness unit for an outsourced FM delivery services company with asound understanding of Healthcare Technical Monitoring M(HTMs)memorandums will be ideal. There is significant opportunity to growand expand these services out so someone who can demonstrate clearsuccess in operational efficiencies adding new revenue streams tocreate solid business growth strategies to achieve and exceedfinancial targets would be very favourable. Full clean drivinglicence willingness to travel to win new business across the UK asand when required is essential.
