For our clients we are sourcing an experienced Room Leader to join the team in this very large and busy Nursery in central Walton on Thames. You will need to have experience of leading a large room and team. 40 hr working week with great benefits and salary c£32k.

Requirements
What are Clients are looking for
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
Experience of leading and supporting a team.
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
