Role Overview
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and developing relationships with key Allianz Personal broker schemes, arrangements, and partnerships, focusing on our Claims Proposition and enhancing the customer journey. You will have alignment to the Allianz Personal distribution and trading areas as well as a designated set of brokers and partnerships, while maintaining flexibility for specialist or customer‑driven work outside these areas.
You will act as the primary liaison for Home & Motor, representing the Claims Division both internally and externally at a senior level. Core responsibilities include implementation, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, promoting service initiatives, managing expectations, and driving continuous improvements in broker and customer experience.
Our team works collaboratively across business areas. As a Claims Proposition Manager, you will contribute to pre‑quote engagement, acquisition, and implementation stages, and to the development of central materials that evolve our claims offering to meet changing customer needs.
This is a hybrid role that can be based out of any of the Allianz UK offices. The expectation is to be in an office at least once a week and to be able to travel to customer and Allianz sites as needed.
Compensation
Pay: Circa £55,000 per year, based on relevant experience, skills, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You – Responsibilities
* Creating implementation and onboarding plans for new schemes, arrangements, and partnerships ensuring clear communication, designated contact points, and internal readiness.
* Ensuring all arrangements have successfully met Allianz’s governance and compliance standards.
* Creating and maintaining a comprehensive suite of proposition materials to support consistent and effective presentation of the claims offering.
* Promoting the Claims Proposition and its services by engaging with internal teams, brokers, and clients through training, forums, and trading meetings.
* Liaising with Claims Operations and Handling Centres to align customer expectations with service capabilities and operational delivery.
* Presenting tailored claims propositions during the pre‑quote phase, including negotiating bespoke service elements and managing approval and sign‑off processes.
* Reviewing ongoing customer performance to identify service improvements and overall continuous improvement.
* Utilising data to inform decision‑making.
* Representing claims at senior level to ensure all operational and technical stakeholders are aware of pipeline activity and implementation dates.
Essential Skills
* Proven track record in relationship management and/or leadership roles.
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage a varied workload, balancing short‑ and long‑term objectives in line with business and customer needs.
* Proven ability to make confident, well‑informed decisions, supported by thorough research, commercial impact awareness, and a clear understanding of broader business priorities.
* Demonstrated ability to improve processes, strengthen customer relationships, and adapt to market changes through practical and innovative problem‑solving.
* Proven track record of effective team collaboration, including supporting and coaching others to achieve shared goals in a high‑performance environment.
* Resilience and personal accountability, with a proactive mindset, and consistent focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and manage challenging conversations effectively.
* Good commercial and technical awareness of claims operations, customer expectations, and evolving market dynamics.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills
* Progressing towards a CII qualification.
