Vacancy Introduction

Come and join our team!

We're looking for two Data Engineering Analysts to support our growing Analytics Delivery function. This is an exciting role for someone with a passion for clean, reliable data and a knack for automation and optimisation. You’ll play a key part in shaping how data flows across the business. Based at our head office at Wherstead Park, this hybrid role offers the chance to support our data-led transformation.

What you’ll be doing

As a Data Engineering Analyst, you’ll help power our analytics by ensuring that the right data is delivered, in the right way, to the right people. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, managing our IBM Netezza data warehouse, and supporting automated workflows through platforms like Workato.

You’ll work closely with analysts, scientists, and business users to understand data requirements, automate processes, and troubleshoot issues — ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. Your day will involve writing SQL queries, resolving technical issues, and helping to drive the reliability of our reporting infrastructure.

Your work will directly enable data-led decision-making across the organisation — making your role central to how we understand, operate, and improve as a business.
