Service Engineer / Electrician (Full Training into Ventilation)
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum + Bonus + Training + Door to Door
£30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus Scheme (up to £15,000) + Premium Overtime + Door to Door + Company Van + Full Training + No Call Outs + Benefits
Field Based - commutable from Crawley, Horsham, Redhill, Guildford, Croydon, Brighton, Haywards Heath and surrounding areas.

On offer is a varied field‑based role where you will initially shadow a Senior Engineer through a structured training programme before moving into an autonomous position, carrying out the installation and servicing of specialist domestic ventilation systems across your local patch.
This role would suit an Electrician or Electrical Engineer with domestic electrical experience looking to step into a specialist role, develop your skillset and maximise your earnings whilst working for a company known for investing in and retaining its engineers.
