About the Role

The Leisure Experience Manager is a key position in supporting and driving revenue and marketing for all leisure and retail leisure areas across the resort. You will need a keen eye for brand experience and fostering new ideas to reach internal targets. You will support the Entertainment & Leisure Senior Manager in the overall success and consistent running of the leisure operation at Bognor Regis.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the leadership and development of the Leisure Leaders and their teams, including Fairground, Spa, Splash and Sports teams.
* Co‑ordinate and support Leisure Leaders to ensure all elements of leisure experiences are delivered as directed, maintaining consistency of delivery and experience.
* Support leaders in using the online rostering system business tool.
* Consistently evaluate the quality of all leisure experiences and ensure activity environments and leisure areas are maintained, safe, clean and presentable, exceeding customer expectations.
* Develop and empower Fairground Manager, Spa Manager, Splash Manager and Sports Manager to lead their teams effectively, working within the wider department and driving new ideas and initiatives to support revenue growth in leisure retail spaces while ensuring brand alignment and guest engagement.
* Manage a fixed‑term maternity cover role for 12 months.
About You
* Passionate about developing innovative concepts that elevate the leisure experience and drive guest engagement.
* Strongly business‑mindful, focused on revenue growth, performance and achieving commercial targets with demonstrable experience within the leisure, entertainment or hospitality industries.
* Enjoy being a problem‑solver, committed team player, able to work independently when necessary, and an excellent communicator across all levels.
* Curious, courageous to challenge the status quo and foster continuous improvement.
* Excellent experience in leisure and building relationships with external industry experts and suppliers.
* Working knowledge of health and safety procedures, relevant regulations and legislation.
* Strong guest and customer‑facing experience, dealing with queries and occasional complaints.
* Analytical, able to forecast and manage costs while keeping the guest experience at the heart of decisions.
