Your Role: What You’ll Own and Drive As a sales hunter and subject matter expert, you will: Drive End-to-End Sales Cycles Own every stage of the sales journey — from prospecting to close — while building strong, consultative relationships with new and existing enterprise clients. Understand Client Needs, Deliver Tailored Solutions Actively engage with prospects to understand their business objectives and pain points, proposing transformative solutions based on our TX portfolio. Champion the Total Experience Vision Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences from developers to C-level executives, positioning the impact of HCL’s low-code and digital experience offerings. Forecast with Precision Manage your pipeline with accuracy, leveraging tools and methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure consistent forecasting and execution. Collaborate to Win Work closely with Client Directors, SDRs, Technical Advisors, and Partner teams to co-create tailored solutions and proposals that resonate with target stakeholders. Lead Strategic Engagements Act as a deal coach or executive sponsor on complex sales opportunities, bringing executive presence and commercial acumen to close high-value deals. Enable Success Beyond the Sale Partner with delivery and services teams to design impactful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring seamless transition from sales to implementation. Grow Partner Ecosystem Support enablement of strategic partners by developing their capability and enthusiasm to drive TX solution sales. Your responsibilities will include: Hunting & Market Development: Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the TX space, building HCL Software’s presence across key markets and industries. Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, delivering impactful presentations, workshops, and PoCs to audiences ranging from developers to C-level executives. Sales Execution: Collaborate with Client Directors, SDRs, Technical Advisors, and Partners to drive complex sales cycles and close high-value deals. Deal Coaching: Serve as a complex deal coach and/or executive sponsor to support high-stakes opportunities. Solution Positioning: Develop and present solution proposals tailored to client needs, aligning TX capabilities with business outcomes. Partner Enablement: Train and support partners on TX product positioning, enabling broader market reach and solution adoption. Industry & Competitive Awareness: Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape, positioning HCL TX as a differentiated offering. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Executive Engagement: Represent HCL Software in customer conversations at the executive level, influencing decision-makers and long-term strategy. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of sales/pre-sales experience in the enterprise software industry. Experience with Low-Code/No-Code development and/or Digital Experience/Portal (B2B, B2E, B2C, B2G) solutions is preferred. Executive-level selling experience and consultative selling capabilities. Exceptional presentation skills for delivering executive-level and value-based presentations. Strong ability to understand and articulate solutions based on the HCL software portfolio. Proven track record of generating new business and developing long-term partnerships. Familiarity with competitive technologies (e.g., MS PowerApps, Mendix, Outsystems, Appian, ServiceNow, Adobe, Sitecore, Liferay) and their market positioning. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
