Are you looking for a flexible job in a school working on a casual basis that fits in with your family commitments?
We are seeking to recruit Exam Invigilators to join our exams team to support our internal and external exam series.
We offer full training, and you will attend regular briefings with the Exams Officer. Your responsibilities include supporting the Exam Officer and Lead Invigilator in setting up examination rooms, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations, distributing and collecting exam papers, and monitoring students during exams. The role may also involve being a reader or scribe for individual students.
If you are hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic, flexible, and possess good communication skills with an eye for detail, we would like to hear from you. This casual role involves overseeing and supervising exams throughout the school year, with hours scheduled around exam timings. You will report to the Examinations Officer.
Hourly rate: £12.89 plus holiday pay on hours worked.
Working Pattern:
This role is flexible, requiring invigilators at various times for internal and external exams. You will be contacted in advance to confirm availability.
Session Times:
Typically, exams occur at times such as 12.30pm - 4.00pm, with flexibility depending on exam needs.
The exam cycle includes:
- Mocks in October (2 weeks)
- Mocks in February (2 weeks)
