About the Role
Pomvom is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery for our media, AI integrations, and hardware products. You’ll own the roadmap end-to-end, discovery through launch, working closely with global teams to ship customer-facing products that transform how guests capture and relive memories in theme parks and attractions.

Key Responsibilities
* Own product strategy and roadmap for media, AI, API integration and hardware.
* Lead full lifecycle: ideation, requirements, execution, launch, and iteration.
* Gather requirements with Sales, Support, Marketing, Operations and Partners.
* Translate complex business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
* Partner daily with Engineering/Design to deliver high-quality solutions to the field and evaluate outcomes and iterate to maximise business impact.
* Define and track KPIs to measure product success that align with strategic objectives.
* Run product operations and delivery rhythms: prioritization, sprint planning, release readiness, delivery reporting, and risk/dependency management.
* Drive alignment across US/EU teams and promote a growth mindset.
* Market Insight and Analysis – Ability to gather and interpret market data, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to inform product development.
About You
* BS/MS in Engineering, Product, or equivalent experience.
* 4-5 years Product Management experience in hardware + software products.
* Prior background as a developer or solution architect- preferred but not essential.
* Proven history shipping customer-facing products.
* Strong technical fluency, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
* Willingness to travel domestically & internationally as required to get hands on experience and feedback from the business
