We are looking for candidates who: have experience of teaching children in Reception and/or Nursery. have experience of teaching phonics and a good understanding of how early reading is taught. have understanding of assessment in Reception, including Baseline, and how to develop next steps for children are committed to high expectations of care, achievement, behaviour, inclusion and safeguarding have understanding and experience of teaching children with SEND are passionate about making a difference to our children’s future. are creative, flexible and passionate about helping children learn. demonstrate a positive approach to challenge and change. will be an active part of our enthusiastic and dedicated team. can build good working relationships with parents/carers.
