About the Ideal Candidate ACA or ACCA qualified (practice trained essential) 1-3 years PQE Experience in fund management, real estate, or construction; strong hands-on SME exposure Fund accounting knowledge Confident operating in a standalone role with direct reporting to senior leadership (CEO) Workplace & Culture Vibrant, collaborative, and scale-up mindset Close-knit team with direct impact on strategic decision-making Opportunity to build processes, improve reporting frameworks, and shape the finance function Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Control Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for group entities, funds, SPVs, and construction projects Maintain robust internal controls and ensure accuracy of financial data Fund Accounting & Investor Reporting Oversee fund-level accounting Produce investor reports, capital account statements, and support capital activity tracking Forecasting & Budgeting Lead budgeting cycles and cashflow forecasting Provide insightful analysis to support CEO and leadership decision-making Construction Finance Oversight Monitor project-level spend, budget variances, and cashflow requirements Partner with development and project teams to ensure accurate reporting Statutory & Audit Management Oversee production of statutory accounts Act as primary liaison for external auditors and manage audit processes end-to-end Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
