Are you ready to bring your spark to Chartwells? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Area Catering Manager to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time role, contracted to 40 hours per week, and we can’t wait to see how you can make a difference!
Your Shift Pattern
Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Monday to Friday schedule, working days only. Please note, this role is contracted for 45 weeks per year.

Your Key Responsibilities
As an Area Catering Manager, you will:
* Plan and implement growth and retention strategies for new and existing business.
* Support the sales team in developing financially sound bids and proposals.
* Deliver profits for the region by leading and supporting teams across various schools.
* Review school contract performance, identify improvements, and ensure compliance.
* Analyze customer feedback to tailor our offerings for maximum satisfaction.
* Communicate strategies to your team and implement improvements for enhanced performance.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Senior management experience in leading and inspiring operational teams.
* A background in contract catering.
* Experience in implementing change programs for operational benefits.
* Ability to work within brand guidelines to achieve results.
* Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience managing senior-level third-party relationships.
