The Headteacher and Governors are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and forward-thinking professional to join our senior leadership team as the School's Business Manager.Key Duties include:A strategic leadership role as a member of the School's senior leadership teamResponsibility for the School's finances Oversee management of the premises Lead on Health and SafetyLead HR practice and policyIn addition, you will line manage the office staff and Site Service Officer. The post is term-time only plus 5 Teacher Days and a further 2 weeks during school closure periods. This is likely to be at the start and end of the summer holidays but can be negotiated.
