Seeking a Software Quality Engineer with ASPICE experience to drive quality across automotive software development and supplier delivery. You will ensure compliance, manage suppliers, and support successful software releases.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coach suppliers in line with quality standards and policies
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ASPICE and regulatory requirements
* Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics
* Resolve supplier quality and performance issues
* Mitigate risks by identifying alternative suppliers
* Lead critical software release workstreams (requirements, testing, defects)
* Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders
* Mentor junior team members and manage complex challenges independently
Requirements
* Experience in automotive software quality engineering
* Strong knowledge of ASPICE
* Ability to drive delivery and communicate effectively
Education & Certifications
* BSc in Engineering (required)
* PMP, SAFe, RACE, or ASPICE certifications (preferred)
