Senior Commercial Property Valuation Surveyor - Lincoln

A well-established and growing property consultancy is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding team in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a senior role with clear progression to Partner level.
The position has arisen due to continued business growth and increasing demand for commercial valuation services. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base including private individuals, pension funds, companies, banks, and public sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare detailed and accurate commercial property valuation reports
2. Conduct Reinstatement Cost Assessment Appraisals
3. Provide expert witness services when required
4. Advise clients on development opportunities
5. Undertake valuations for pension fund purposes
Candidate Profile
6. MRICS or FRICS qualified
7. Strong background in commercial property valuations
8. Excellent communication and report-writing skills
9. Team-oriented with mentoring experience
10. Local market knowledge of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas is advantageous

23. Core hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
