Product Manager (AI)

Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI solutions—both built and purchased—that add value to the firm. Serving over 10,000 clients across Tax, Audit, and Advisory services, we aim to streamline operations and client service through digitization and AI, with this role playing a key part in transforming our ways of working. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business. Role Overview:
As a Product Manager (AI), you will:
* Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products
* Translate client and business needs into digital products and solutions
* Prioritize features based on client value, business goals, market trends, and technical feasibility
* Use data, feedback, and research for decision-making and continuous improvement
* Align development roadmaps with stakeholders across service lines and the wider business
* Collaborate with international teams to optimize outcomes for clients and the firm
* Lead multidisciplinary teams including developers and designers to deliver features on time and within scope
* Ensure products meet standards for UX, performance, security, and compliance
* Manage the full product lifecycle using agile methodologies
* Define and monitor KPIs, reporting on performance and adoption
* Support change management and drive user adoption in partnership with business teams
* Contribute to establishing a product community within the firm
Candidate Requirements:
The minimum criteria for the role include:
* Proven experience in product management
* Deep expertise in AI, including experience with GenAI solutions and LLMs
* Ability to develop a prioritized product roadmap that delivers measurable impact, based on quantitative and qualitative data
* Experience translating business and client needs into clear technical requirements
Preferred skills include experience leading a product team or capability, but don’t worry if you don’t meet every criterion—we will support your development.
