As a Distribution Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management, performance, and safety of the depot. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence.

Your role as Distribution Centre Manager:
* Lead cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating waste while ensuring safety, service, cost efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
* Implement changes to foster a safety-first and improvement-oriented distribution culture at all levels.
* Ensure targets for on-time and in-full deliveries are consistently met.
* Enhance employee engagement across the site operation.
* Manage the site P&L and budget, mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence and service quality.
* Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including adherence to O-licence regulations.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies.
* Project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong management experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
* Proven leadership in managing, motivating, and developing diverse teams with a focus on results and engagement.
* Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
