In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing essential IT support and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone who reaches out for help. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable team and given the tools you need to grow your skills and progress in your IT career. We have an IT support team of around 15 members, and we are looking for somone to join our 1st line team. You'll be working from our London office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
