About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Cradley Heath as Hot Forge Press Operators. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in engineering and manufacturing with full training provided. No previous experience is required - just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate hot forge press machinery safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials into the press
Monitor production quality and report any issues
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all health and safety procedures
