Role Overview
A busy electrical wholesale operation in Nottingham is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Van Driver to join their team. This role involves representing the business on the road, delivering products to customers, and supporting warehouse operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Loading and unloading the company van
* Delivering small and large packages safely to business and residential addresses
* Completing multi-drop routes and collections efficiently
* Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
* Maintaining a smart, professional appearance
* Planning routes effectively and working to tight deadlines
Essential Requirements
* A clean UK driving licence
* Strong knowledge of Nottingham and surrounding areas
* Excellent communication and customer care skills
o Smart, presentable, and professional
o Reliable, trustworthy, and a strong team player
o Ability to plan, organise, and manage time effectively
Desirable Experience
o Previous commercial van driving experience
o Experience within an electrical wholesale environment
