In this role you'll engage and enthuse a diverse mix of front line and support function staff delivering a variety of externally accredited NEBOSH, CITB and internally developed health, safety, risk, culture, behaviours (human and organisational factors) content to the transportation business. Location: Nationwide - remote working available, with travel to the office required Contract: Permanent Fulltime Salary: £40k - £55k company car benefits Responsibilities As a HSW Trainer, you'll remain current with academic knowledge through relationships with institutes and maintain continuous professional development, collate and analyse delegate feedback to review and update course content. Your day to day will include: Assist with the curation and management of the Health Safety Wellbeing (HSW) Knowledge Bank deliver training and assessment in line with the awarding body policies and procedures, across the Transportation (Highways, Rail, Aviation, Ports) estate Effectively combine the learning cycle with Kier processes and procedures What are we looking for?
