Elite Recruitment are looking for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing and super friendly successful company based in Exeter. This role is a full time permanent role, offering a salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, along with some amazing benefits such as:

In this role you will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm and will be office based.
As a Management Accountant Your Role Will Include
* Month-end close and preparation of management accounts & reports
* Analytical review of financial results and control of ledgers & registers
* Stock reconciliations and oversight of accruals/prepayments
* VAT returns (UK & Ireland) and French Direct Debit collections
* Treasury management across multiple accounts and currencies
* Supporting year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation
* Collaborating on ERP, reporting, and process improvements
What We're Looking For
* Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel (intermediate/advanced)
* Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving
* Manufacturing and ERP experience desirable, but not essential
* Hold a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), or be part qualified and working towards completion.
* A working knowledge of SQL Reporting / Microsoft Power Query
To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the key criteria's of the role by past experience and during the interview process
