Contract: Full-time – July 2026
Hours: Monday–Friday - 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: £110-£120 per day
We are working with a supportive and inclusive mainstream primary school in Hendon, NW4 who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This role runs until July 2026 and offers a brilliant opportunity to support pupils with autism and EAL within their SEN provision, as well as those requiring targeted interventions to help them access mainstream learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils with autism and EAL
* Providing targeted intervention support to help children regulate, engage, and succeed within a mainstream environment
* Assisting with personalised learning plans
* Working collaboratively with the SEND team and class teachers
* Creating a calm, nurturing space that promotes progress and wellbeing
* Supporting pupils’ emotional and social development
About You:
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN
* Calm, patient, and resilient
* Able to build strong relationships and adapt to individual needs
* Comfortable supporting both 1:1 and small-group interventions
* Available full time until July
