Role Overview: As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the advisors and ensuring the smooth running of their operations. You will manage various administrative tasks, provide excellent client service, and contribute to the overall success of my client’s practice. Key Responsibilities: Letter of Authority process from start to finish. Meet with Advisers weekly to provide weekly updates for all in-progress work. Complete meeting prep for all client review meetings. Set up ongoing advice packs and send them to clients, post-meeting. Send meeting confirmations for all meetings.
