About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Project Support Officer to join our Living Places team in Lincoln. This is a distinctive and varied position that offers the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting a high‑profile contract with our key client, Lincolnshire County Council.
In this role, you will divide your time between two core areas of focus:
* Stakeholder engagement and social value: You will work closely with Lincolnshire County Council to help deliver elements of their Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and embed powerful Social Value messaging. This involves building positive relationships, contributing to meaningful communication activities, and ensuring that social impact priorities are clearly articulated and advanced through the contract.
* Contract performance management: You will play a key part in monitoring and driving contract performance by collecting, analysing, and interpreting data. You will transform complex numbers into clear, actionable insights and prepare reports and updates for key stakeholders, helping to demonstrate progress, identify opportunities, and support informed decision‑making.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and collaboration—someone who can turn numbers into insight, and insight into compelling, meaningful communication that influences outcomes and builds stronger partnerships.
If you are organised, analytically minded, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your creativity and initiative can directly contribute to both contractual success and broader community benefits, we would love to hear from you.
This role is based in Lincoln and offers the chance to work in a supportive team environment with a major public sector partner committed to engagement, inclusion, and social value.

* Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in KPIs and operational data
* Support monthly reporting, audits, and contractual submissions
* Work with operational, quality, and commercial teams on data governance and continuous improvement
