Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary setting. About the Role: The successful candidate will: Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the class teacher. Support teaching and learning across key stages within the primary phase. Work closely with teaching staff to prepare and deliver engaging learning activities. Provide targeted support for individual pupils and small groups. Contribute to the wider school environment and uphold high standards of behaviour and engagement. About You: We are looking for someone who: Holds a HLTA qualification or has significant experience covering classes.
