Capability Management
Ensure that the Capability leads take full accountability for the day-to-day operations in their capability.
The role holder and the capability leads will be responsible for collaborating with wider consulting colleagues as well as Growth, Marketing, HR and Finance
When required support the Client Directors and Client Partners with engaging clients on the data foundations and ensuring that the Company is able to demonstrate our full Data transformation capabilities.
This will also include supporting when required proposal development.
Oversee the Capability and Practice leads to ensure that technical aspects of project delivery are completed on time and within budget.
Scale their client delivery in a sustainable manner and make the most efficient use of their consulting teams across the portfolio of high-profile engagements.
Work in collaboration with the Executive team, senior Consulting leadership and Head of People to ensure the overall commercial performance of the data foundation capabilities (utilisation,profitability, delivery execution to time and budget, team growth and retention).
The role holder will be responsible in tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs). This will measure the success and impact of Data Foundation. The role holder will be required to provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the KPIs set to our Data Foundation Capabilities. They will have to also ensure that Capability Leads are matching against these KPIs and meeting expectations.
Establish and maintain quality standards for Data Foundations, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and industry best practices. This will include conducting quality reviews and implementing a continuous improvement process of which the Capability Leads are responsible for ensuring is embedded in and maintained with the Practice Leads.
