Job Title: Compliance Auditor Part 145
Company: 2Excel Engineering Ltd, a leading provider of Aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for Airline, Military, and private aviation customers worldwide. Location: Lasham, Hampshire, United Kingdom. Position Type: Full-time.
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aviation Compliance Auditor with experience in compliance and auditing in the Civil Aviation Industry or the equivalent. Experience will ideally have been gained within a UK / EASA Part 145 environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
* Assess contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the 2Excel Engineering Management System.
Requirements
* Support the Compliance Monitoring Manager in any matter of compliance with current regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:
* Investigate, determine root causes and corrections, and prepare reports to support closure of findings issued by Customers or the Competent Authority.
* Support the Compliance Department Team and 2Excel Engineering staff with professional advice related to compliance matters.
* Prepare and revise TPMs to ensure compliance with Part 145 and other relevant regulations.
* Prepare and deliver continuation training to 2EE staff as part of the internal training program, as agreed with the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
The Successful Candidate Will
* Have prior experience and knowledge in auditing within a CAA/EASA Part 145 or Aviation environment (preferably within the last 3 years).
* Demonstrate the ability to conduct both internal and external audits effectively.
* Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels; foster strong working relationships across the organisation.
* Be self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
* Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Show strong IT proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
* Be highly organised, deadline-oriented, and a reliable team player.
* Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
* Be eligible to obtain SC-level (Security Check) Clearance.
