Who are you?
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (for children aged 3-5).
* Kind, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
* Have experience working in anEarly Years environment.
* Understand how young children learn and develop.
* Can work effectively with colleagues, parents, and professionals.
* Have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework.
* Hold Paediatric First Aid training (desirable)
* Valid driving licence (desirable)

* Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
* Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Promote children s independence, confidence, and curiosity through play-based learning.
* Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child s development.
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
* Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold the Early Years Framework.
