About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Building Services Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in the design and delivery of building services projects.
You will work under the guidance of senior engineers on a variety of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) systems
Support the preparation of calculations, technical reports, and specifications
Assist with producing and reviewing drawings and models in Revit and AutoCAD
Participate in project meetings and coordination with internal and external teams
Carry out site visits, inspections, and surveys as required
Support compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and sustainability requirements
Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements
Degree (or working towards) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Basic understanding of building services systems and design principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Good communication and teamwork skills
