A leading healthcare company with a strong legacy in advanced wound care and compression solutions is seeking a UK Product Marketing Manager. This role combines strategic thinking with practical, hands-on execution, allowing you to collaborate across teams, influence local initiatives, and make a meaningful difference for patients and healthcare professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
4. Collaborate with colleagues to support the UK product portfolio
5. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
6. Help shape product positioning, pricing, and marketing plans
7. Partner with the wider EMEA team to ensure alignment and consistency
8. Gather customer feedback and insights to guide product messaging and value
9. Support and contribute to UK marketing plans, campaigns, and educational initiatives
10. Assist with product launches, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with sales and clinical teams
11. Track trends, campaign performance, and share insights to help refine plans
12. Support tenders, bids, and relationships with local KOLs
About You
13. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; CIM qualification preferred
14. 5+ years' experience in product marketing, product management, or related healthcare roles
15. Experience in UK wound care, preferably Advanced Wound Care or Compression
16. Comfortable collaborating across teams and influencing without formal authority
17. Strong organisational, project coordination, and communication skills
18. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible messaging
19. Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn from data
20. Full UK driving licence required
21. Hybrid working possible, with travel to HQ in Loughborough ~2 days/week
