Overview
Rapiscan Systems,Inc. designs, manufactures and markets security and inspection systems worldwide. Our products range from hand held metal detectors to Real Time Tomography used to inspect baggage, cargo, people, vehicles and other objects for people, weapons, explosives, drugs, money, and other contraband. Rapiscan Systems security and inspection devices can be found in a wide range of locations such as, airports, border crossings, railway stations, seaports and terminals, government and military installations and nuclear facilities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceMax Project Manager to join our team. This individual is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of ServiceMax solutions, a leading field service management platform. This role involves managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that client requirements are met, milestones are achieved, and deliverables are provided on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal global teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication.
3. Team Leadership: Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet objectives.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that ServiceMax implementations meet quality standards and Rapiscan expectations.
6. Reporting: Track project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
7. Resource Allocation: Coordinate staffing and resources to optimize project efficiency.
8. Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, documenting and communicating impacts.
9. Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
10. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Qualifications
11. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
12. 5+ years of proven experience managing ServiceMax or Salesforce platforms project required.
13. Strong understanding of field service operations and processes.
14. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
15. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
16. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
17. Project leadership and team motivation.
18. Business analysis and requirements gathering.
19. Problem solving and decision making.
20. Time management and prioritization.
21. Technical understanding of ServiceMax and related integrations.
22. Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
