Key Requirements for the Cover Supervisor role in Newport:
Possession of CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of six months relevant experience
Confidence in managing a class of students aged 11 to 16+
Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour to maintain student engagement
