Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparing job cards and raising invoices in accordance with work performed and manufacturer guidelines using Kerridge DMS and external customer authorization platforms
* Answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries
* Managing customer interactions at the Service Reception
* Liaising with technicians and managing workflow to meet customer expectations
* Scheduling service bookings daily
* Coordinating with subcontractors for work arrangements and follow-ups
* Updating customers on requests, costs, and authorizations
* Completing estimates accurately and efficiently
* Booking service appointments to optimize workshop capacity and meet customer needs
