Pay £13.21 to £13.63 per hour plus benefits including Health Cash Plan!

Join a team that cares and empowers you to make a difference. As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll support customers with complex mental health needs to develop skills for independent living, helping them achieve their goals.
Typical day as a Support Coordinator
* Support customers with tasks like cleaning, paying bills, community activities, and appointments. Assist with learning skills such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent accommodation.
* Organize activities like cooking groups, BBQs, or community trips.
* Lead with new referrals, prepare paperwork, and arrange visits and assessments.
* Support customers with severe mental health issues, substance misuse, mild learning disabilities, or during crises.
You bring
* Passion and experience in supporting customers to live their best lives, working collaboratively and with attention to detail.
* Experience in creating person-centered support plans and supporting colleagues.
* Ability to coordinate and assess referrals.
* Initiative, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
* Experience in supported housing, mental health, substance misuse, learning disabilities, or autism.
* Own vehicle insured for business purposes (mileage paid).

Job details
* Flexible start and finish times to meet customer needs.
* Rolling rota including days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Shifts typically 9am-5pm/6pm, 2pm-11pm, or sleep-in shifts 7am-3/4pm.
* Regular team meetings and training, with some lone working.
* Use technology for support plans, online learning, and collaboration.
* Enhanced DBS check required, paid for by us.
