Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience in IT support or service desk roles. We need strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. We value experience supporting end users, devices, and applications. We require solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. We look for an understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, patching, and endpoint protection. We want someone with a strong communication style and a user-focused mindset. We consider exposure to audits or compliance requirements advantageous. We consider basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP, advantageous. Responsibilities: We deliver 1st and 2nd line support across office and shop-floor environments. We assist with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration. We troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues. We manage onboarding and offboarding, user accounts, and permissions. We support a range of devices, including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. We provide a high level of customer service and user training. We manage device management and patching activities. We support IT security, audit, and compliance initiatives.
