This role will be office based and will entail providing support to 4 Portfolios which are Rawtenstall, Shaw, Ashton, Rochdale. You can be based at either Rawtenstall, Shaw or Ashton.
This role will entail taking Property Management calls for these 4 Portfolios.
* Dealing with urgent maintenance requests if the Property Manager is not available
* Ensuring we are compliant by ensuring the Gas Safety and Electrical Installation Condition Reports are up to date.
* Ensuring that Selective Licences are up to date in these Portfolio Areas
* Chasing Contractors for outstanding quotes
* Chasing contractors to ensure works are being completed in a timely manner
* Providing general support to the Property Managers at these Portfolios.
The hours of work would be 9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break and 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am-2pm.
