We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin – and we're now looking for a GTM Activation Associate to join our Marketing team to support the growth of the business from all things pipeline creation across ABM, outbound, inbound, and partner‑led motions.

The Role

As a GTM Business Development Representative, you'll work alongside Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to help turn Fospha's ABM strategy and signal‑based workflows into real sales conversations.

You'll take over and build on existing workflows created in modern GTM tools, learning how high‑performing outbound and ABM engines operate — and gradually taking more ownership as you grow. This means the opportunity to lead on initial sales calls and represent Fospha at leading events.

This role is designed for someone early in their career but highly ambitious, who wants broad exposure across go‑to‑market functions and a clear path to progress. You'll be based in our London office and work closely with Marketing and Sales on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and activate Fospha's ABM & outbound workflows, running and iterating workflows to understand how signals, enrichment, and sequencing drive pipeline
* Identify early‑stage sales opportunities by monitoring market signals, job changes, engagement data, events, and inbound activity; source new opportunities on the ground at events
* Connect the dots between Marketing and Sales, ensuring the right accounts and contacts are prioritised and passed to Sales with the right context
* Work closely with Sales on opportunity handoff, liaising with Account Executives on lead quality, prioritisation, and follow‑up while learning how deals progress
* Track performance and learn from data, monitoring response rates, acceptance rates, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced
* Learn and experiment with GenAI‑powered GTM tools, using Fospha's GenAI hub and modern tooling to improve personalisation and efficiency over time

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub

What are we looking for?

We hire for potential — you should apply if you:

* Are early in your career and excited by B2B SaaS, sales, and growth
* Are curious, organised, and comfortable working with tools, data, and systems
* Have strong communication skills and enjoy working cross‑functionally
* Are motivated by commercial outcomes
* Want a role with progression and increasing ownership

Nice to have (but not essential)

* Internship or early experience in BDR, marketing, growth, or operations
* Exposure to CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) or outbound tools
* Interest in ABM, RevOps, or modern sales motions
