The Role:
As a Sunday Supervisor, you'll support the store management team by helping to oversee operations during busy weekend shifts. You'll be a key team player, stepping up to ensure everything runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop leadership skills in a supportive, community-focused environment.
Working Hours:
Every Sunday. Exact shift times to be discussed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the store management team in the smooth running of the store during weekends.
* Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
* Supervise the team on shift, offering guidance and support as needed.
* Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and product presentation.
* Ensure health and safety and food hygiene procedures are followed.
* Contribute to a positive, friendly, and productive store environment.
About You:

* You have experience in a customer-facing role and are confident taking responsibility.
* You're a team player who enjoys supporting and motivating others.
* You're reliable and available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
* Supervisory experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
