Reports to: Group Board of Directors
Job Purpose: To take full responsibility for all aspects of the day to day running of the
business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for all day-to-day management of the CFR/CALL team.
* Collaboration with the company’s senior team in the development and implementation of strategic direction. Establish priorities and allocating resources to ensure smooth and efficient running of the business.
* Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in conjunction with the Finance Manager.
* Maintenance of Key Performance Indicators to actively monitor business performance.
* Monitoring and approval for business related purchasing.
* Support and development of all in-house procedures and protocols to reflect best practice and ensure these are always met. Keeping pace with all business operation legislative requirements and pro-active in putting in place measures as required.
* Implementation of company policies, in conjunction with Human Resources to ensure compliance with all current employment law for the company, including recruitment, performance reviews, absence management and disciplinary, maintenance and implementation of HR systems, staff records and documentation.
* Developing a clear marketing strategy to support sales, brand promotion and PR, including updating of websites and marketing materials
* Customer liaison and account management.
* Strategic overview to support revenue growth and development of the core brand and services.
* Responsibility for maintenance of ongoing accreditation to BS EN ISO 17025 for CFR & CALL and activities to support this.
* Responsibility for safety initiatives that drive an excellent safety culture.
* Working effectively with the team to develop and maintain positive employee relations.
