Role: People Experience Manager
Location: Stirling/ Hybrid

Your new role
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To implement and manage the effective delivery of proactive, business focused People solutions and in order to enhance performance and engagement across the business and meet the Group objective of being an Employer of Choice.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead, coach and develop the People Experience team to provide comprehensive and exemplary support on HR policy, process governance and compliance solutions, delivery of rewards and benefits programmes and employee engagement.
2. Lead in the delivery of projects on the People Strategy and plan to ensure that the HR agenda is moved forward.
3. Proactively identify and address key business-related HR issues through reporting and liaison with the People Partnering teams to consider Group wide solutions or interventions.
4. Review policies, procedures and employee handbooks on a regular basis, to ensure compliance with current legislation and best practice.
5. Foster a positive working environment through communication and involvement in initiatives in order to improve employee engagement across the Group.
6. Manage campaigns on data compliance, championing activity required for ISO 27001, and ISO 27002.
7. Liaise with Bid Teams across the Group to review the employment issues associated with future bids, contributing to bid text and presentations as required.
8. Support in driving and developing DE&I strategy in the business.
What you’ll need:
9. Degree or equivalent.
10. Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, or working towards
11. Extensive knowledge and experience of all areas of employment law/people management/HR.
12. Focussed and highly motivated
13. Ability to cope under pressure
14. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
